Villa Restrictions

  • Strictly NO pets allowed

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa

  • Cooking is not allowed due to centralized air-conditioning

  • Noisy hours until 9PM including playing basketball

Reservation Process

  • The guest will be charged 50% deposit upon reservation.

  • Then upon check-in the guest will pay a security deposit of $5,000 to cover any damage to the property

  • Upon check-out the security deposit shall be returned less any damages
